Please read this page carefully before using Findx. It describes what Findx is, what it is not, and how the information we present should, and should not, be used.
Do your own research
Everything we publish on Findx is intended to support your research and learning. It is not intended to make investment decisions for you.
Before acting on anything you see on the site, take the time to form your own view. Your situation, goals, tax position, time horizon, and risk tolerance are not known to us, and none of that is reflected in the numbers you see. If you are unsure, speak to a qualified financial adviser or do your own independent work before committing capital.
Findx is not an investment adviser
Findx is a data and analysis tool. It is not a broker, a dealer, or a regulated investment adviser. Nothing on the site is personal advice, a recommendation to buy or sell a security, or guidance on whether a particular investment is right for you.
We are not authorized or regulated by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet) or by any other financial regulator, and we do not provide services that would require such authorization.
Any reference to a specific stock, sector, country, or strategy on Findx is there to illustrate or inform; it is never an instruction to act.
Tools, not conclusions
Findx gives you fair value estimates, valuation bands, scores, and screens. These are tools that help you frame a question, not answers to it.
Our fair value calculation applies consistent assumptions across the entire market so that companies can be compared on the same footing. Those assumptions are a reasonable starting point, not a statement about any specific company. You are free, and encouraged, to adjust growth rates, P/E multiples, EPS estimates, and other inputs to reflect your own view. The resulting output is your valuation, not an opinion endorsed by Findx.
Likewise, any list of stocks produced by a screener or a ranking is a starting point for further work. It is not a buy list, a portfolio recommendation, or a prediction of future returns.
Data sources and accuracy
Fundamentals, estimates, and market data shown on Findx are sourced from S&P Global Market Intelligence and its affiliates, along with other third parties. We work hard to present this data accurately, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, correct, current, or uninterrupted.
Errors, gaps, delays, corporate actions, restatements, and currency conversions can all affect what you see. Always verify any figure that matters to a decision against an official source such as a company's annual report or regulatory filing.
Forward-looking information
Parts of Findx include forward-looking information: analyst estimates, projected earnings, projected dividends, and scenario-based return potentials. These are estimates, not facts. They depend on assumptions about the future that may turn out to be wrong.
A price target, a projected P/E, or a projected return is not a promise. The actual outcome for any company can differ materially from what is shown, and often does.
No reliance
To the maximum extent permitted by Danish law, Findx and Privacore ApS accept no liability for any loss, damage, cost, or expense, whether direct or indirect, that results from your use of the site or from any decision you make based on information shown on the site.
Any dealings you enter into with a broker, adviser, or other third party as a result of something you read on Findx are between you and that third party, and entirely at your own risk.
Investment risk warnings
Please keep the following in mind whenever you invest:
- The value of shares and other investments can fall as well as rise, and income from them can vary.
- You may get back less than you invested. In some cases, you may lose the full amount you put in.
- Past performance, whether of a company, a strategy, or a market, does not tell you what will happen next.
- Currency movements can add to or reduce the return of any investment denominated in a currency different from your own.
- Smaller companies, less liquid markets, and leveraged products carry greater risk than broad, liquid equity markets.
Changes to this disclaimer
We may update this disclaimer from time to time. When we do, the date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of Findx after any change means you accept the updated version.
