Terms of Use

By accessing or using Findx ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must leave the Service immediately.

Findx is operated by Privacore ApS ("Privacore", "Findx", "we", "us"), registered in Denmark. These Terms are governed by Danish law.

Findx is a stock analysis tool that presents fair value estimates, historical valuations, and forward-looking projections for publicly traded equities. The Service is intended for personal, non-professional use only.

Basic information on the Service is available to all visitors. Full access to analysis, data, and tools requires a registered user account.

Findx is not available to journalists, analysts, editors, or any individuals acting on behalf of organizations primarily engaged in providing news, media, or information services to third parties. If this applies to you, you are not permitted to use the Service.

To access the full Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date.

You may not:

• Register using false or misleading information
• Share your login credentials with any other person; each account is strictly for individual use
• Allow more than one person to use the same account, regardless of circumstance
• Maintain more than one account at any time

New users who register for an account receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the Service.

For most users, no payment details are required to start the trial and no payment is taken. When the trial period ends, your account automatically reverts to the free tier, which offers limited access. You are not charged, and you may subscribe to Findx Premium whenever you choose.

The free trial never requires a payment card and never converts to a paid subscription on its own; it simply reverts to the free tier when it ends. If you register through an anonymized network (such as a VPN), we may be unable to start your trial automatically. In that case, contact support@findx.com and we will help set up your account.

You are eligible for one free trial per person and device.

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with Findx Premium, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment, no questions asked. Contact us at hi@findx.com and we will refund the payment.

This 30-day money-back guarantee is offered in addition to, and is more generous than, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (fortrydelsesret) you have as a consumer under Danish law (Forbrugeraftaleloven) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Your statutory rights are not affected.

You may access and use Service content solely for your own personal, non-professional purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the Service
• Use the Service or its data to build a product or application intended for use by others
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit any data or content from the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, spiders) to extract data from the Service
• Use data or outputs sourced from S&P Global content outside of Findx, or build upon it in any other product or service

Findx data and content may not be redistributed in any form. The one exception is screenshots of the main fair value chart, which may be shared online or in print provided that:

• The Findx name and URL are clearly visible or credited
• The image is not altered or presented in a misleading context
• It is used for non-commercial purposes only

No commercial data license is available. All other content, data, and outputs from the Service remain strictly for personal use and may not be shared, published, or distributed in any form.

Certain data, analysis, and content available through the Service is sourced from S&P Global Market Intelligence and its affiliates ("S&P Global"). Use of such content is subject to the following notice and license agreement:

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms as they apply to S&P Global content accessed through Findx.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FINDX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.
