ISHARES FUTURE AI BENEFICIARIES ETF (USD) AIBF.US

The iShares Future AI Beneficiaries ETF is an equity fund managed by BlackRock through its iShares Trust structure that seeks to replicate the performance of the Morningstar US Artificial Intelligence Beneficiaries Select Index.

The index measures the performance of U.S. companies expected to benefit within the next five years from artificial intelligence adoption, primarily through cost savings and secondarily via revenue growth, as assessed by Morningstar's Equity Research Team.

It draws its constituents from the Morningstar US Market Index (which represents large, mid- and small-cap equities comprising roughly 97% of the investable U.S. equity market) based on thematic score criteria, liquidity and market-capitalization thresholds.

The methodology ranks eligible companies by two themes - ai cost savings and ai revenue amplification - assigning them to tiers where companies offering both effects are ranked highest. To form the index, ranked companies are selected to aim for about 100 constituents, subject to sector caps (no more than 20 per sector) and eligibility screening.

The index is reconstituted annually and rebalanced quarterly. The fund uses a representative sampling strategy to track the index.
