THEMES CLOUD COMPUTING ETF (USD) CLOD.US

The Themes Cloud Computing ETF seeks to replicate the performance, before fees and expenses, of the Solactive Cloud Computing Index (SOLCLOUN), which comprises companies with business operations in the cloud computing theme.

The underlying index identifies up to 50 of the largest companies by free-float market cap drawn from six cloud-related sub-sectors: digital security; e-commerce infrastructure; data infrastructure; data architecture; internet infrastructure; and data support.

Selection is limited to developed markets. The components are weighted by free-float market cap, subject to a cap of about 4.5% per security (iteratively enforced), and the index is rebalanced quarterly.

The fund is an equity thematic ETF issued by Themes Management Company (under Themes ETF Trust), structured as a non-diversified series registered under the U.S. Investment Company Act of 1940.

It primarily employs a passive or indexing investment approach using replication of the index components, though it may use representative sampling when full replication is infeasible due to practical constraints.
