CI Galaxy Multi-Crypto Navigator ETF is an actively managed ETF whose objective is to provide investors with exposure to digital assets selected by the manager using a rules-based momentum-signaling strategy. It dynamically allocates among cryptocurrencies and cash, weighting among assets based on momentum indicators rather than tracking a fixed benchmark.
The asset class of the fund is digital assets, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ether, and Solana, along with cash or cash equivalents. It is designed to offer capital growth over the long term with high risk, given the volatility of the digital asset markets.
The ETF is managed by CI Global Asset Management, with Galaxy Digital Capital Management LP acting as portfolio sub-advisor. It is structured as an alternative ETF, which allows for the use of investment strategies or asset classes that are not permitted for conventional mutual funds.
