INVESCO FTSE EMERGING MARKETS HIGH DIVIDEND LOW VOLATILITY UCITS ETF EMHD.FR

The Invesco FTSE Emerging Markets High Dividend Low Volatility UCITS ETF is a passively managed equity fund that seeks to replicate the net total return performance of the FTSE Emerging High Dividend Low Volatility Index, before fees. Its objective is to offer exposure to high-dividend-yielding stocks in emerging markets, while limiting volatility by selecting among those with more stable historical price behaviour.

The benchmark begins with constituents from the FTSE Emerging Index, ranks them by their trailing-12-month dividend yield, then selects the top subset by yield (typically 150-200 stocks), and from among those chooses the roughly 150 securities with the lowest volatility that meet diversification, volatility, and tradability criteria. The fund seeks to hold all (or substantially all) of these index components in their respective weights and rebalances in line with index reviews.

This vehicle is an ETF structure operating under UCITS regulation (Irish-domiciled via Invesco Markets III plc) using full physical (i.e. direct) replication methodology. It provides investors with emerging markets equities with a focus on income (via high dividends) and lower volatility relative to the broader emerging markets universe.

A classic falling-knife setup. Price is below SMA 20 and the moving averages are declining. Early bounces inside downtrends often fade. Wait for price to reclaim SMA 20 and for the slopes to stop falling before considering an entry.

Trend broken. Two or more consecutive closes below SMA 50 signal that the medium-term trend has flipped. Exiting here is the rule rather than the exception.
