The fund is a single-stock, daily leveraged exchange-traded fund that seeks to deliver two times (200%) the daily returns of the common stock of Flex Ltd ("Flex") before fees and expenses.
The strategy works via derivatives and similar financial instruments: under normal conditions the fund holds positions in FLEX stock and/or instruments such as options, swaps or other instruments that in combination provide the stated 2× daily exposure to the price movements of Flex. The fund rebalances its exposure at the end of each trading day.
The fund is offered under a US trust structure ("Themes ETF Trust") and is distributed by Themes Management Company LLC, operating under the "Leverage Shares" brand. It is non-diversified due to its focus on a single equity and carries high risk from leverage and volatility as well as potential for losses beyond typical equity risk within short time frames.
