FORALL CORE & MORE U.S. EQUITY INDEX ETF (CAD) FORU.CA

The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the ForAll Core & More U.S. Equity Index, a rules-based quantitative index that dynamically allocates across multiple components. It blends a static core exposure to U.S. equities via a fossil fuel-free U.S. equity index, with an alpha-seeking segment that shifts between a leveraged U.S. equity ETF and a volatility ETF, and a strategic allocation segment that rotates between the fossil fuel-free equity index and gold depending on market signals. Moderate leverage (up to about 1.3x) may be used under strong signals.

It is an equity asset-class ETF with exposure primarily to U.S. large-cap equities, supplemented by commodities (gold) and volatility hedging, and constructed to reduce fossil fuel exposure relative to broad U.S. equity markets. The index components are rebalanced monthly.

The ETF is issued by LongPoint Asset Management Inc., with portfolio management by ForAll Investment Research Inc. and sub-advisor Tidal Investments LLC. It is a Canadian‐domiciled exchange-traded fund that seeks to replicate the index as physically as possible, including via holdings in other ETFs and alternative mutual funds, potentially including leveraged ETFs.

Entry: Not yet
A classic falling-knife setup. Price is below SMA 20 and the moving averages are declining. Early bounces inside downtrends often fade. Wait for price to reclaim SMA 20 and for the slopes to stop falling before considering an entry.

Trend: Trend broken
Trend broken. Two or more consecutive closes below SMA 50 signal that the medium-term trend has flipped. Exiting here is the rule rather than the exception.
