The UBS Global Gender Equality UCITS ETF is a passively managed equity ETF which seeks to replicate as closely as possible the performance of the Solactive Equileap Global Gender Equality 100 Leaders Net Total Return Index, after fees.

The fund invests globally in large- and mid-capitalisation companies from developed markets that lead in gender equality. It uses the Equileap "Gender Diversity Score" covering 19 criteria across categories such as gender balance in leadership and workforce; equal compensation and work-life balance; policies promoting gender equality; and transparency and accountability.

Over 5-10% revenue exposure to controversial sectors (weapons, tobacco, gambling, etc.) is excluded under the benchmark methodology. The fund tracks its index via full physical replication. It is domiciled in Ireland, structured as a UCITS ETF, and managed by UBS Asset Management.
