GMO INTERNATIONAL EQUITY FUND (USD) GMIE.US

The GMO International Equity Fund is an actively-managed equity mutual fund whose primary objective is high total return through investments focused on non-U.S. developed market equities.

It seeks to capitalize on market inefficiencies - such as irrational investor behavior, imperfect information flows, or non-economic influences - using a blend of quantitative methods including valuation models, momentum, and corporate events ("corporate alerts") to identify securities believed to be undervalued.

The fund is not constrained by a standard index in its portfolio construction, but it uses the MSCI World ex USA Index (as of June 30, 2026) for performance comparison. Prior to that it referenced the MSCI EAFE Index.

The asset class is international developed-market equities (excluding U.S.), across a broad range of sectors in those markets. The fund is managed by GMO LLC (Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo & Co. LLC), under its Systematic Equity team.

It is structured as a mutual fund within the GMO Trust in the United States.
