The JPMorgan All Country Research Enhanced Index Equity Active UCITS ETF is an actively managed global equity fund aiming to deliver long-term returns above the MSCI All Country World Index (ACWI). It invests predominantly in large- and mid-capitalization companies from both developed and emerging markets, using the manager's stock-level research to identify incremental opportunities rather than replicating the benchmark.

Small-cap stocks may also be included to a limited extent. The fund integrates environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria: it systematically applies ESG analysis when selecting securities, includes values- or norms-based screening, and targets that a substantial portion of its assets are invested in companies with positive environmental or social characteristics and good governance.

It is structured as a UCITS-compliant ETF under Irish law (JPMorgan ETFs (Ireland) ICAV), with JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited acting as the Investment Manager. The strategy is not designed to physically replicate the benchmark but to actively select a portfolio of equities globally, seeking excess return modestly tilted via fundamental research while keeping sector and country risk broadly aligned with the MSCI ACWI universe.
