The Janus Henderson US Short Duration High Yield Active Core UCITS ETF is an actively managed fixed-income fund pursuing outperformance versus a benchmark. Its investment objective is to exceed the return of the ICE BofA 0-5 Year BB-B US High Yield Constrained Index over the long term by investing primarily in USD-denominated high yield corporate bonds rated below Baa3 (or equivalent by S&P/Fitch), including unrated bonds that the manager deems comparable.

The fund focuses on short duration high yield credit risk. At least 80% of its net assets are invested in corporate bonds (fixed or floating rate) that are sub-investment grade, with expected maturities between 1 and 5.5 years.

It also applies constraints such as a minimum amount outstanding of USD 300 million, and exclusions including Regulation S bonds. The vehicle is a UCITS ETF domiciled in Ireland, managed by Janus Henderson Investors.
