GLOBAL X SPACE TECH UCITS ETF (ACC., GBP) LUNA.DE

The Global X Space Tech UCITS ETF aims to track the performance of the Global X Space Tech Index, a thematic index focused on companies central to the space economy. This includes firms in four core sub-themes: rocket launch and reusable rockets; space technology and components (e.g. mission-critical hardware and software); satellite-enabled telecommunications and data services; and space transportation, tourism and exploration. To be considered "pure-play", companies generally must derive at least 50% of revenues from space-tech activities; existing constituents may be retained at a 40% revenue threshold.

The index is rules-based and reconstituted and reweighted quarterly, with a "fast-entry" mechanism allowing newly listed companies meeting eligibility standards to be added between regular rebalances. It uses a modified float-adjusted market capitalization weighting methodology with individual security weights capped (maximum weight per security at 20%), free-float and liquidity minimums, minimum market capitalization thresholds, and exclusions of certain country listings.

The fund is an index-tracking ETF managed by Global X (Global X Management Company LLC), which also acts as the Index Provider; the index is administered and calculated by Mirae Asset Global Indices Pvt Ltd, an affiliate. The fund invests in eligible equity securities (including common stocks, ADRs, GDRs) from developed and emerging markets meeting the index methodology's screening criteria.
