IMGP DBI MANAGED FUTURES FUND (ACC., EUR, MFEH) MFEH.DE

The iMGP DBi Managed Futures Fund is an actively managed UCITS fund whose mandate is to replicate, before fees, the performance of a representative basket of leading managed futures hedge funds by using futures, forward contracts, and derivative instruments. It takes both long and short positions across broad asset classes - including equities indices, fixed income or interest rate securities, currencies, and commodities - with up to 20 percent of its net assets permitted in structured financial instruments to obtain commodity exposure. Positioning is determined via a proprietary quantitative model ("Dynamic Beta Engine") designed to estimate the current asset allocation of major managed futures alternative funds and then replicate that using highly liquid futures contracts. The fund may also invest directly in debt instruments for purposes of cash management.

Its scope is global, covering multiple asset classes for diversification, and seeking lower correlation with traditional equity and fixed income investments. The structure is that of a Luxembourg-domiciled SICAV UCITS vehicle, managed by iM Global Partner with DBi as sub-manager, employing a managed futures investment style rather than tracking any fixed external benchmark.
