The Man Active Global Infrastructure ETF is an actively managed, long-only strategy that seeks capital growth over the medium to long term by investing in listed infrastructure companies worldwide. The fund's universe includes more than 700 eligible companies each with market capitalizations typically above US$1 billion, across infrastructure sub-sectors such as energy, utilities, digital & communications, transportation & supply chain, among others.

A top-down, sub-sector, and bottom-up fundamental investment process is used to select a concentrated, high-conviction portfolio of roughly 40 to 60 core positions. The approach emphasizes quality attributes in stock selection, such as asset quality, competitive positioning, financial strength, cash flow generation, management quality, valuation relative to intrinsic value, and risk factors including environmental, geopolitical, and commodity sensitivity.

The strategy has minimum market capitalization thresholds (often US$2 billion for companies targeted) and under normal market conditions seeks considerable international exposure. The ETF is offered by Man Group, under the Man ETF Series Trust, and regulated under U.S. securities laws with listing on the NYSE.
