INVESCO USD IG CORPORATE BOND ESG CLIMATE TRANSITION UCITS ETF DIST (USD, PUIP) PUIP.GB

This ETF seeks to replicate the Bloomberg MSCI USD Liquid Corporate Climate Transition ESG Bond Index ("Reference Index") with the aim of delivering total return performance, before fees, from USD-denominated investment grade corporate bonds that satisfy ESG criteria and EU Climate Transition Benchmark standards.

The Reference Index targets fixed-rate, taxable corporate issuers both in and outside the United States, requiring bonds to be investment grade (using the middle rating of Moody's, S&P, Fitch), with minimum par amounts outstanding (USD 1 billion, or USD 500 million for utility issuers). Eligible bonds must have at least one year to final maturity and meet various ESG filters: exclusions of issuers with MSCI ESG ratings below BB, severe ESG or environmental controversies, involvement in controversial business activities (e.g. weapons, fossil fuels, tobacco), non-coverage by MSCI ESG research, and compliance with climate transition decarbonization pathways.

The ETF is offered under the UCITS regulatory structure, issued by Invesco, using physical replication of the Reference Index (i.e. holding the eligible bonds directly, rather than via derivatives). The issuer applies the ESG/climate transition criteria embedded in the index rather than pursuing an active credit-selection strategy outside that benchmark.

A classic falling-knife setup. Price is below SMA 20 and the moving averages are declining. Early bounces inside downtrends often fade. Wait for price to reclaim SMA 20 and for the slopes to stop falling before considering an entry.

Trend broken. Two or more consecutive closes below SMA 50 signal that the medium-term trend has flipped. Exiting here is the rule rather than the exception.
