The fund seeks to deliver returns that mirror the price performance of the Invesco QQQ Trust, Series 1 (an ETF that tracks the Nasdaq-100 Index), up to a fixed upside cap, while also cushioning (buffering) the first 15% of losses in the Underlying ETF over a defined "Target Outcome Period."
