The Calamos Antetokounmpo Global Sustainable Equities ETF is an actively managed equity fund whose primary goal is long-term capital appreciation by investing in companies judged to combine strong growth potential with high environmental, social and governance (ESG) standards.
Under normal market conditions the fund dedicates at least 80% of its assets to equity securities of companies in both developed and emerging (including frontier) markets, selected for above-average growth potential and compliance with Calamos' ESG criteria. It also intends to invest at least 40% of its net assets outside the U.S., unless market conditions make that less favorable.
Calamos Advisors LLC (via Calamos Antetokounmpo Asset Management LLC) is the fund's advisor and subadvisor, employing a proprietary, sustainable, fundamental research process. The fund trades as an exchange-traded fund structure, listed on NYSE Arca, and does not track any external index.
