The London Company Income Equity Fund is an actively managed U.S. equity fund whose primary objective is to seek current income from dividends, with capital appreciation as a secondary goal.

It employs a bottom-up fundamental investment approach, selecting companies with strong financial stability, high and growing free cash flow, high return on capital, shareholder-oriented management, and trading at reasonable valuations.

The portfolio is managed with risk mitigation in mind, emphasizing predictable income and downside protection. Under normal conditions at least 80 % of net assets are invested in income-producing equities and equity-related securities, including U.S. common stocks, ADRs, U.S.-dollar foreign stocks listed in U.S. markets, preferred stocks, convertible preferreds, and REITs.

The fund generally holds between 30 and 40 issuers and may allocate to mid-cap as well as large-cap companies. The fund is sub-advised by The London Company of Virginia, LLC, and managed under the umbrella of American Beacon Advisors.

It is structured as an investment company registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 in the U.S., with the fund's shares trading as an ETF listed on the NYSE Arca exchange.
