GLOBAL X 3-10 YEAR U.S. TREASURY BOND INDEX ETF (USD) TMTX.U.CA

Global X 3-10 Year U.S. Treasury Bond Index ETF aims to replicate, net of expenses, the performance of an index that measures the returns of U.S. Treasury securities with remaining maturities between three and ten years (currently the ICE U.S. Treasury 3-10 Year Bond Index).

The benchmark includes only U.S. dollar-denominated, fixed-rate Treasuries; securities must meet minimum size requirements (e.g. $300 million outstanding), and excludes inflation-linked issues, floating rate notes, Treasury bills and securities stripped from coupon-paying bonds.

Weights are market-value based and constituents are updated at the end of each month. The ETF is a passive fixed income fund managed by Global X. It provides exposure to investment-grade U.S. government bonds in the intermediate maturity range.

The structure is that of an ETF governed under Canadian regulatory rules (for its Canadian listing) as an open-end trust managed by Global X Investments Canada Inc.
